Use of this site

rysercapital.com is operated by Ryser Capital, LLC ("Ryser Capital", "we", "us"). By using this site or submitting a loan request you agree to these terms. Information on this site is for real estate investors and business-purpose lending only. Nothing here is an offer to lend or a commitment to fund; every loan is subject to underwriting, property review and final approval.

Loan requests

When you submit a quote request or application you confirm that the information is accurate and that we may use it to evaluate, price and place your request with lenders, title companies, appraisers and insurance providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Rates, terms and closing timelines shown on this site are examples and change with market conditions.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Ryser Capital sends text messages only at your request. When you call our main line and press the option to receive our loan application link, or when you text us or ask us to text you, you consent to receive SMS messages from Ryser Capital at the mobile number you provided. Messages relate to your loan inquiry: the application link, requests for documents, status updates on a loan in process, and replies to your questions.

Message frequency varies by inquiry and is typically 1 to 4 messages per loan request. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (615) 987-0030 or loans@rysercapital.com.

Mobile information collected for text messaging is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
