Transactional Funding Questions
How long is the money out?
Typically the same day, occasionally a few days if the B-to-C closing is scheduled separately. Pricing reflects the time the funds are out.
What does the title company need?
Both contracts, the end buyer's proof of funds or lender approval, and confirmation that both closings are scheduled. We coordinate directly with the title company.
How do I apply?

Do I need an LLC?
Investor loans are made to an entity, usually an LLC. If you do not have one yet, our Form Your LLC page will get you set up quickly, and the entity only needs to exist before closing, not before you apply.
