We require the borrowing entity to be formed before closing, with articles of organization, an operating agreement and an EIN letter on file. Forming the entity early keeps title and closing on schedule.
If you already have an entity, you do not need to form a new one for each property unless your strategy calls for it. Ask us if you are not sure.
