Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide: contact details, property and loan details, credit and liquidity estimates, and entity information. We use this information to evaluate, price and place your loan request with lenders in our network.

How we use and share it

We share application details with lenders, title companies, appraisers and insurance providers as needed to process your loan. We do not sell your information. Our CRM, phone and email providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Text messaging

If you ask us to text you (for example by pressing the option on our phone menu to receive the loan application link), we use your mobile number to send messages about your loan inquiry. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
